Mark had worked at the same company for six years, and he knew one rule very well: never complain at the office. On Monday morning, the CEO, Mr. Whitfield, sent an email to all four hundred employees. The subject was: "Meet our wonderful new coffee machine!" Mark tried the coffee. It tasted like warm dishwater with a little bit of sadness. A few minutes later, his friend Tina forwarded the email to him. She only wrote one word: "Thoughts?"
